Measurement: The waist wrap fabric (excluding the stretch tie) measures 38 inches. To achieve the overwrap look, it is recommended for dancers who wear pants up to size 10 (waist size less than 31 inches). If your waist size falls between 31" and 35", it will still fit, but the overlap won't extend as far to the side. In this case, you may need to twist the skirt slightly.
The length of the skirt is 12" in the front and 16" in the back. As someone who is 5'4", when I tie it as a high waist style, the front falls 4"-5" above my knee, while the back sits right above my knee
